7 Days Amboseli / Lake Nakuru / Masai Mara Honeymoon Safari

Day 1

(Nairobi – Amboseli National Park)

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel in the morning drive to Amboseli national park which is less than 5 Hrs drive and is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Arrive with more game drive proceeding to your lodge for check in, time for lunch , Check in at Ol Tukai lodge have lunch and a short rest. Afternoon game drive in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Later Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai lodge or a similar logde.

Day 2

(Full Day Amboseli National Park)

Early morning game drive later return back to lodge for breakfast. After breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro .Later return to your camp for dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai lodge or a similar lodge.

Day 3

(Amboseli National Park – Lake Nakuru National Park)

You will have an early morning game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out and departing for Lake Nakuru National Park which is located in the Great Rift Valley, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch go for an exciting game drive until 6.30 in the evening. The bird life here is world renown and over 400 birds’s species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White and Black Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe. Dinner and overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp or a similar camp.

Day 4

(Full Day Lake Nakuru National Park)

On this day you will have an early morning game drive before breakfast to try to find leopard which are frequently sighted in Lake Nakuru Park and return to the lodge/camp for breakfast. After breakfast you will take a further drive to seek out the 2 species of rhino found in the park, returning before lunch. The afternoon is at leisure, relaxing by the lodge swimming pool before an evening game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp or a similar camp.

Day 5

(Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve)

Early morning breakfast leave lake Nakuru with a short game drive with packed lunch and proceed to Masai Mara Game Reserve. you will pass to Narok town which is famous Masai town proceeding to Masai Mara park. You will arrive in time for lunch Check in at Ashnil Mara camp or Mara Bush Camp / Base Camp and have lunch. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and other members of the Big five plus other animals. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or a similar Lodge.

Day 6

(Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve)

Early morning game drive and return for breakfast. After breakfast spend the entire day viewing the great predators and explore the parks amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs.

You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty seated at the banks of Mara river. During the stay you will also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Maasai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals.

A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and Overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge or a similar lodge.

Day 7

(Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi)

Early morning game drive later return to your lodge for Breakfast. After breakfast check out with a short game drive en-route off Masai Mara Game Reserve and drive to Nairobi. you will arrive Nairobi in time for lunch. Lunch at carnivore afterwards drop off at your respective hotel or Airport.
