Pick up from your hotel at 7:30am, and head for Masai Mara Game Reserve. Just a few kilometers from Nairobi you’ll be able to have a view of the great rift valley, where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Later continue driving through Longonot and Suswa and on to the Western walls before arriving in time for lunch. After lunch and relaxation proceed for an afternoon game drive in the reserve where you will be on the look for the big five; Elephants, Lions, Buffalo, Leopards and Rhino. Itinerary Details: 4 Days Masai Mara / Lake Nakuru Family Safari
Early morning game drive and return for breakfast. After breakfast spend the entire day viewing the great predators and explore the parks amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty seated at the banks of Mara river. During the stay you will also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Maasai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and Overnight at the Camp / Lodge.
You will have an early morning game drive, return to the lodge / camp for breakfast before checking out and departing for Lake Nakuru National Park which is located in the Great Rift Valley, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch go for an exciting game drive until 6.30 in the evening. The bird life here is world renown and over 400 birds’s species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White and Black Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe. Dinner and overnight at Camp / Lodge.
After early morning breakfast proceed for an extensive morning game drive in lake nakuru national park. Leave lake nakuru national park after lunch for a drive to Nairobi arriving mid or late afternoon, Lunch at carnivore afterwards drop off at your respective hotel or Airport.
